camera - Don't use the stock camera app to record video

bluetooth - fixed with this on beta 15
wifi - may not support some channels
hw acceleration
buttons
lights
gps
gsm
lots more

Quirks:
backlight sometimes remains on when you lock the device - with a black screen just lit.
